First Call Answered!
Hi people! hahaz... ans the first call today...wa was damn nervous...i talk lyk 1 part 1 part lyk tt...but luckily i managed to ans the customer...today i started to pick up calls...then i got alot donno sia...then i keep asking my colleagues...
and they help me alot...
hahaz... i have 4 colleagues...
Prem, Razee, Gremi and Aaron...
then my team leader... Elmi...
they are friendly uh... hahaz...
alrite veri tired now...
